Welcome to Hastings Old Town & Guestling Surgery
With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
Please enquire at reception on how to get set up for the online Patient Access service. All you need to do is register at the surgery and then download the app, where you can book/cancel appointments and also order your nest prescription.
We are now offering extended evening and weekend services for our patients! Please ask at reception for more information.
Our Surgery was inspected by the CQC on the 7th of November 2018 and was rated as 'Inadequate'. Please follow the link for more information and to download the report in its entirety: Quality Report
Our PPG Needs You!
The practice is keen to involve patients in sharing their ideas about how it could improve services provided at the practice. You are very welcome to join patient participation group meetings.
If you would like to be involved and are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click here to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields. Alternatively, you can download a copy of the form and once completed, bring it to the surgery.

We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you. We hold regular Patient Participation Group Meetings and these are advertised in the Surgery, on the website and on our Facebook page. We welcome new members and ideas for ways to improve our services.
